NHRDA Texas Diesel Nationals Saturday April 10

The Texas Motorplex will be rumbling to the sound of diesel-powered motors this weekend and the track plays host to the National Hot Rod Diesel Association on Saturday, April 10.
Classes such as NHRDA Top Diesel, NHRDA Pro Stock and others will roar down the track, entertaining fans with the sounds heard all over the great state of Texas. This time, however, trophies, bragging rights and money are on the line during this ultra-competitive event. The Texas Motorplex is the site of the second of 25 NHRDA events held around the United States between March and September.
Saturday April 10
Gates Open: 9 a.m.
Drivers Meeting: 10:45 a.m.
Qualifying: 11 a.m.
Eliminations: 1 p.m. till finish
Spectator Fees:
Adult $10
Military $5
Children 12 & under are FREE
Parking Fee $10 per vehicle in spectator lot

| Show n Shine Competition |
| This is free to enter for everyone including spectators. All you have to do is go to the NHRDA trailer and sign up and get your competition number. The Show n Shine Staging is over by vendor row and then when the competition is announced around the 2:30pm range all competitors must go to the staging lanes with their competition number displayed on front window,Each competitor will pull out onto the track and then be scored on a 1 to 10 scales with 10 being the best by our 3 official judges, then it is the crowds turn to cheer for their favorite truck and make noise as possible because we will be monitoring with by a decibel meter and the combined score from the judges and decibel meter will determine our champion. (Note any vehicle that exceeds 25mph while driving down track or does any burnouts will be disqualified from contest and asked to leave event) |
Burnout Contest |
| This is free to enter for everyone including spectators. All you have to do is go to the NHRDA trailer and sign up and get your competition number. The staging for this contest is over by vendor row , when the Burnout Contest is announced around the 4pm range all competitors must go to the staging lanes with their competition number displayed on front window, each competitor will pull out onto the track and enter the water box and come to complete stop and watch for an official to start the allowed time for burnout. Each competitor will have 20 seconds to do the biggest baddest burnout they can do. After the burnout the competitor needs to pull forward and stop and be inspected for any oil and or water leaks before being allowed to drive slowly down the track. Each Truck will be scored by the 3 official judges on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the best. Also we will be monitoring the crowd response with a decibel meter and the combined score will give us our champion. (Note any vehicle that exceeds 25mph while driving down track or does any other burnouts except in water box will be disqualified from contest and asked to leave event ) |

| The Dyno is open to anyone that wants to see how much power their truck really makes.
