Come see the fastest Diesel powered vehicles in the world as they thunder down the ¼ mile at over 180mph and battle for title of World Champion. If you have never seen the smoke rise as the turbo’s roar to life creating over 3000lbs of torque and over 100psi of boost this is a must see for all so bring your family and friends to the Motorplex.
The 3rd Annual National Hot Rod Diesel Association Diesel Drag Racing World Finals will be hosted October 13th in Ennis Texas. The Motorplex is an all-concrete quarter-mile drag racing facility that opened in 1986, becoming the first super-stadium built specifically for drag racing. The Motorplex has hosted national event racing since 1986 and has been the site of record-breaking passes, championship-clinching performances and jaw-dropping performances.
The 3rd Annual National Hot Rod Diesel Association World Finals will feature the biggest names in diesel drag racing, including National record holders Seth Sullivan , Rob Coddens and 2010 World Champions Philip Palmer and Verlon Southwick. The World Finals is by invite only so you will see the top competitors that have qualified during the 2012 season competing for title of NHRDA World Champion.
