FUN FORD WEEKEND– SEPT. 6-7, 2013
Fun Ford Weekend is back at Texas Motorplex, Sept. 6-7, 2013. Fun Ford Weekend is a celebration of one of America’s most popular brands and will be a massive celebration of the Blue Oval and all things Ford! The Motorplex will be filled with a family-friendly event featuring a car show, swap meet, car corral, live music, drag racing with the region’s top racers and more!
WHERE: Texas Motorplex, Ennis, Texas. Track is located on Hwy. 287, two miles west of Ennis, between Interstates 35 and 45.
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 – There will be a Fast Friday race on Sept. 6, to help usher in the weekend as FORD VERSUS THE WORLD highlights the street legal Fast Friday event.
SCHEDULE: FRIDAY, SEPT. 6 – Fast Friday gates open 6 p.m.; Racing from 7 p.m. – midnight.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 7 – Gates open 8 a.m.; Registration and Tech 8 a.m. – noon; Time trials start 9 a.m.; Car Show judging starts at 2 p.m.; Live band 1:30 p.m.; Pro Show Round 1 at noon; Final eliminations start at 1 p.m.; Car show special awards 3 p.m.; Pro Show Round 2 starts at 3 p.m.; Pro Show Round 3 at 5 p.m.
TICKETS: Fast Friday, Sept. 6: Free parking, $15 to race, $10 to watch.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 7, 2013: Parking is $5 in spectator lot, $20 in VIP pit area
Adult: $15 or just $10 with a canned food item for Meals on Wheels
Youth (13-17): $5, Children (12 and under): FREE
